The path for the installation goes something like this: E:\Second Vault Of Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XCom2-WarOfTheChosen\XComGame\Mods, if you don't have a mod folder in there, make one.
Also, the link inside the pack leads to a modpack you need to install manually, to make some characters look more authentic. Works okay, barely anything breaks, ironman might be a bitch, or mods may break by themselves, but other than that, should all be good. It includes: Muton Centurion, a Muton leader with the ability to inspi. It is an update to the Muton Centurion pack and replaces it entirely.
XCOM 2 TFR'S SECOND MOD PACK (by Alfreakster) This mod adds a series of new enemies to XCOM 2. Because I have SO MANY MODS packed into this bad boy, I can't filter through what I do and don't have enabled, because I don't get paid nearly enough for this. If anything doesn't work at any point, delete mods one by one until you find the cause of the problem. If it works, great, you can now use the TFR Modpack and character pool. If it works, install the Class and Weapons mods, and then launch it. If it works, install code changing mods (Avatar Project, Custom Soldier Evac Fix, etc etc), then Launch it. If it works, install Cosmetic mods, flags and name mods (IE extended name space mod, whatever it's called), then launch it. Install voice mods, Resistance Firearms, and Community Highlander, then launch it.
